At Big Spruce Brewing, we brew only unfiltered, unpasteurized, unbelievably good beer.  Drop by the market or our on-farm brewery in Nyanza any day but Sunday to get yourself a pint or growler of our beer.

We refuse to filter the goodness out our beer, so each of our batches takes 18 to 30 days to brew, ferment and condition while the cloudiness gently disappears.  This is slower than other breweries and it results in a slow produced beer that is wonderfully full of flavour from our fermentation stage.
